Refund and Cancellation Policy


In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

  1. Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to bookings@theluxegetaways.com
  2. Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.

For all reservations originating from travel agencies such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com – such requests shall be made via respective partner channel only.

Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator.

Request is received at least 30-nights prior to check-in date: Full Refund less administrative charges of AED 300 (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies).

Request is received less than 30-nights prior to check-in date: No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)
